Cologne workshop

The mission consisted of supporting the deployment following the dazzling success of the Atelier Cologne brand, with the opening of numerous ever-larger points of sale.

The Atelier Cologne store concept has established itself in the world of high-end perfume with an offbeat and immediately recognizable aesthetic, much copied since. Designed as a creative workshop, with easels, workbench tables and retro-looking engraving machines, the space mixes the vintage look of molded panels and rustic furniture with the strong impact of a color palette bold and fresh and dynamic visuals, like the perfumes based around citrus scents.

The brand chose the successful contrast of bright duck blue enhanced with multi-colored touches, a shade visible everywhere now but which was innovative in 2013. It gives the point of sale an identity that is both mysterious and chic.

The contrast with the large backlit illustrations which present the brand's latest novelties, adds a narrative dimension to the retro charm of the whole by creating an immersive and memorable environment which invites olfactory discovery.

Atelier Cologne is one of the great success stories of French niche perfumery, and was bought by the L'Oréal group in 2016.
