Francis Kurkdjian House
The Francis Kurkdjian House took on new momentum by offering these cosmopolitan customers a unique sales space in the prestigious Parisian Golden Triangle, citadel of fashion, refinement and French luxury. This is the second street store in Paris from Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
The Gaignard & Genevois Agency was entrusted with the production of the file in the APD and DCE phase, based on an exclusive MFK design. She also carried out the modification of the window facade, from its design to her instruction, with the town hall services and Architects of Buildings of France.
The design and layout are an interpretation of French luxury which favors the quality of noble materials, the purity of lines, and a luminous scenography which celebrates the product, presenting it as a true object of art. The general atmosphere is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. Meticulously chosen materials such as wooden flooring, brass, Paris stone, textured surfaces combine classic Parisian elegance with minimalist modernity.
