The client wanted to acquire a building in Paris to bring together all the headquarters activities in the same location, and after several unsuccessful visits he had the opportunity to purchase a 2,100 m corner building2, spread over 8 levels and ideally located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the 8th arrondissement.
Heavy structural rehabilitation work ordered by the then-owning investment fund is about to begin. Their aim is to bring together office space rented to several tenants to rent the building thus unified. The project owner decides to call on the Gaignard & Genevois Agency and entrust it with the design and project management missions of the contractor.
The challenge was significant: a race against time then began to propose an implementation that was both perfectly adapted to the current needs and projected five years from the client, while fitting into the constraints of an already established hull rehabilitation project and not very modifiable, and by identifying possible modifications.
